The monopour system uses the ICF block itself to form the footing. Drill adjustable MP Side Supports hold the ICF wall above the ground at the exact footing height. Fastfoot®, attached to the bottom of the ICF, automatically forms the footing.
The system eliminates all footing lumber, labor to install, pour, screed, and strip footings. No cold joint and no headaches of interfacing ICF to pre-poured footing.
